Steel Wheels: Passenger Rail in California and the West is a journal of news and commentary looking to the future of passenger rail, currently published and mailed bi-monthly by RailPAC to all members and selected officials in the rail passenger business. It is distributed nationwide. Each issue contains articles written by knowledgeable rail advocacy writers, commentary on national and western rail issues, research on those issues, rail travel trip reports provided by the readers, and photos of rail events and locations throughout the west. Your subscription is included in the paid annual dues.
