SISKIYOU MOUNTAINS IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA THE NEXT FEW DAYS,
WITH HEAVY SNOWFALL CLOSING THE HIGHWAYS.

– ALL THRUWAY BUSES BETWEEN SACRAMENTO AND SOUTH LAKE TAHOE
OPERATE ONLY AS FAR EAST AS PLACERVILLE. (3424/3447)

SNOWFALL ON THE RAILROAD OVER THE MOUNTAIN. THE UNION PACIFIC
RAILROAD WILL BE PLOWING AS BEST AS POSSIBLE BUT NONETHELESS
TRAIN SERVICE IS LIKELY TO BE AFFECTED.

TRAIN 5 THAT ORIGINATED CHICAGO ON JANUARY 2, AND TRAIN 5
ORIGINATING CHICAGO JANUARY 3, MAY NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED
PAST RENO. PASSENGERS ON THESE TRAINS ARE BEING TOLD THAT
THIS MAY BE THE CASE. ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION IS NOT
POSSIBLE AND WILL NOT BE PROVIDED.
